The pullover with one hand trains intensively the chest and shoulder muscles. In the exercise Pullover for the upper back is on the ground.

Starting Position

In the starting position lay down on the back with the head toward the anchor point. The arm is stretched backwards in extension to the back while holding the handle of the Rotate. Head and shoulders are slightly lifted of the ground.
The PT is kneeling next to the trainee and holding the rope under tension.

The arm is pulled up by the force of the chest until the hand shows up in line of sight.
Afterwards the PT pulls back the arm of the trainee into its initial position.

To activate the abdominal muscles stronger, the trainee can draw the belly button inward while the arm is guided upward.
