The body is located in a large loss of step, so a tension is experienced in the rear Calf. Both heels
are sold on the floor. The arms are slightly bent and are located outside the body. With palms facing
down. The upper body is upright. Body weight is located on the front leg and the VarioSling
is under tension.


The further you push your upper body forward the more intense the stretching in your calf
