In this exercise the neck (trapezius) is stretched.

Holding Position

Your body is positioned between the loops. The arms are straight and the upper body is based in the VarioSling. The knees are bent slightly. The head is tilted to one side.




Pull your shoulder blades down actively to increase the stretch in the neck area.
