Primary: Abs, Chest, Shoulders (pectoralis, abdomini, deltoideus)                                 
Secondary: Back (latissimus dorsi)
This exercise trains both the abs and the pectoral muscles. Due to the rotation, especially the lateral abdominal muscles are trained.
